Who is Jerri?
Dr. Jerri Danyelle McElroy is a creative leader, entrepreneur, educator, author, and community advocate whose work spans more than 30 years at the intersection of leadership, entrepreneurship, caregiving, and creative expression. As Founder and Principal Consultant of Right Start Administrative & Consulting Services, and the visionary behind All Things CREATIV Arts & Services, TeaMe Café, FIRST Care4ME, and the incarceratedART project, she transforms ideas into meaningful experiences that empower people, strengthen organizations, and inspire community impact.
A published author of more than 10 books, devoted mother, former homeschooling parent, and national caregiving advocate, Dr. Jerri brings a deeply personal understanding of leadership rooted in family, faith, creativity, and service. Her mission is to help people embrace their purpose, nurture their potential, and turn possibilities into action.
